The Shaun & Shari Group, a high-performing real estate team under Weichert, Realtors in Greenville, South Carolina, needed more than a visual refresh. They needed a scalable marketing system to support their agents, elevate luxury listings, and modernize their digital lead generation.

When I stepped in, their efforts were fragmented. Agents lacked access to consistent materials, and high end listings didn’t reflect the group’s premium service. They also had no effective digital strategy in place to attract or nurture leads online.

I led the transformation by managing a designer to create a full suite of branded templates, including flyers, brochures, and social media graphics. For luxury homes, I introduced high quality listing magazines to elevate the client experience and improve market presence.

To streamline workflow, I built a user friendly request system called yellowINK that allowed agents to quickly access custom marketing materials. This reduced turnaround times and maintained brand consistency.

Digitally, I launched Google Ads and used Zapier to connect their CRM, enabling automated retargeting of site visitors and improving lead conversion. The strategy gave agents a smarter, more efficient pipeline.

Acting as both creative lead and strategist, I oversaw production, improved processes, and aligned marketing efforts with business goals.

The result was a unified, professional marketing system that boosted agent productivity, showcased listings with more impact, and laid the foundation for continued digital growth.
